However, when you require a special model apart from those, do not hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to provide you a vehicle that fits to your needs. You can rent any car with driver/guide as well. You can also ask a limousine service.

RATES INCLUDE
	Unlimited kilometer, Third Party Insurance, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Insurance, Local

RATES EXCLUDE
	Petrol, optional Super CDW insurance (Super Collision Damage Waiver) for groups A-H EU 5, K-M
	EU 8 per day, additional driver EU 3 per day, baby/child seat EU 3 per day.
DELIVERY / COLLECTION
	For rentals more than 3 days, no charge at airports, railway stations, harbors, hotels where Barbaros Yachting Rental service points are.
	Otherwise, the fee applies EU 0.30/km to the nearest Barbaros Yachting Rental service point.
	Delivery to another Barbaros Yachting Rental service point instead of car pick up one, that is one way rental.
	There is EU 0.30/km drop off fee multiplied by the distance between the pick up and drop off points.
RESERVATION
	Reservations required minimum 48 hours in advance.
	Rates are valid for pre-booking.
	Cancellation of reservation may apply cancellation fee. Please read our cancellation policy.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DRIVING LICENSE AND AGE

Valid national or international driver's license held at least two years and minimum 23 years of age for groups (A-E), 25 years of age for groups (F,G,H,I,K,KA,N,M) and minimum three years of driver's license and 28 years of age for groups (L,LA) are required.

RENTAL PERIOD

Minimum rental is 24 hours. Any rental period less than 24 hours also requires a whole day rate.

TYPES OF RENTAL AND RATES

Unlimited Km. Daily rates apply. No additional charge per Km. Special rates and conditions apply for long term periods (minimum rental of 1 month). Rates are inclusive of oil, maintenance, third party insurance (up to legal limits), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), theft Protection, V.A.T., exclusive of gasoline.

PAYMENT

You can pay 20-30% of total rate at the time of booking and the rest at car pick up.If your arrival date is less than 3 days at the time of booking full payment may be required. Major credit cards Visa/Mastercard, cash, travellers cheques are accepted for payment. If you prefer to pay by another method, please contact us for payment details. Final bill will be settled at the end of rental and for possible extra expenses at this time, a sufficient deposit of Euro 400 minimum or blank credit card slip should be given.

INSURANCE

Rates include Third Party Insurance (up to legal limits), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection. Insurance (CDW) does not cover excess fee/deductible, windscreen and headlight breakage, type punctures and theft of spare tyre. This can be waived by buying optional Super CDW for groups (A-H); for 1 to 6 days at EU 6 per day for 7 days and over at EU 5 per day, for groups (K-M); for 1 to 6 days at EU 10 per day for 7 days and over at EU 8 per day. Super CDW is an insurance policy which covers the non-waiver portion of your car rental booking. Excess Amounts are; for groups (A-H) 300.00 EU, for groups (K-M) 450.00 EU. However, collision damage waiver is void if driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, had passed the legal speed limits, the traffic report is not obtained from the police, damaged car and traffic report not returned to the nearest Barbaros office in 48 hours. Insurance also does not cover the damages due to the misuse of the car and damages caused by gross negligence.
If the car/cars are stolen, the customer is responsible for paying rental fee up to the date the car/cars founded. This limit is only 30 days. If the car/cars are not founded at the end of this limit, the client does not pay any rental fee for further days when CDW is bought and police is informed at the time of the theft.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE

Available at EU 7 per day at the start of rental.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

Additional drivers must register at the start of rental, otherwise insurance becomes void. Fee for each additional driver is EU 3 per day.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

There is no delivery and collection fee at the cities where Barbaros Yachting offices are during the office working hours. Otherwise, the fee applies EU 0.25 per Km to the nearest Barbaros office.

DELAYED RETURN

For each hour the charge is 1/3 of total bill. If it's more than 3 hours then it will be counted as an extra day.

TRAFFIC FINES

Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period must be payed by renter.

OFF BORDER

There is no off border rental available and our cars can not be taken abroad.

OTHER SERVICES

Cars can be rented with chauffeurs and tourist guides. Mobile phones, child seat (EU 3/day), luggage rack (EU 5 /day) and snow chains are available with prior notice. All kind of travel agency services such as hotel reservations, transfers, tours can be organized.

NOTES

Barbaros Yachting car rental reserves the right to substitute the type of the car reserved to a similar car or higher group, under circumstances beyond control. The rates, general information terms & conditions subject to change without prior notice.
