RESERVATIONS Private Yacht Rental
Barbaros Yachting has 79 wooden yachts in 3 different class as standart,
high and deluxe. When you would like to rent a Private Yacht; we need to discuss the different options to find the
best boat for you which fits your requirements very well, depending how many people your
group. When we decide the boat, we will speak about the
details such as itinerary, menu options, airport transfer etc.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of typically 40% of the total charter price is payable to Barbaros Yachting, the balance is payable as cash on the boat
to Barbaros Yachting Captain or official by embarkation.
Cabin Charter
You may choose one of our quaranteed departured Cabin Charters from Bodrum, Marmaris or Antalya
Harbours starting in various days such as every Fridays,
Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Prices in our web site are prepared as full board accomadation, per person
in 1 double cabin. If you would like to stay alone in
double cabin, you should need to pay %60 extra as single supplement.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of typically 40% of the total cabin price is payable to Barbaros Yachting's account; the balance
may payable as cash on the boat when you come to Turkey.
The Cabin Charter reservations continue until the last day, so we can give the boats name one day before the departure
date by 17:00 o'clock.
we can not give any quarantee about other
passengers ages or nationality.
Cabin Charter tours are quaranteed to depart and Barbaros Yachting can not cancel the
tour even we have only one passenger on the boat
and responsible to depart the yacht and make the tour.
Package Tours
After you decide your boat depending your group which
may be a 4, 6 or 8 cabin boat;
You may make your package tour reservation. To have the confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of typically 40% of the total charter price is payable to Barbaros Yachting; the balance is payable as cash on the boat
by embarkation. Package Tours is only available for Bodrum
/ Gulf of Gokova / Bodrum and Bodrum / Gulf of Hisaronu
/ Bodrum routes and the name of the boats can be given one day before embarkation
date.
Bareboat Charter
A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. The full balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure date.
PAYMENT
Payment for the depozit can be done by Credit Card or Bank Money Transfer.
Credit Card Payment
Barbaros Yachting is accepted payment by credit cards (visa & master cards).
If you would like to pay with credit card, authorization form is sent to you by fax or e-mail and after you fill the form fax
back to +90.252.3163920 or send back by e-mail. Then we
proceed the payment from credit card by mail order system. This form also acceptable as a
charter contract.
Approval code slip, exchance rate about your payment will be send to you by fax or
e-mail.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Private Gulet Charter,
Cabin Charter, Charter Packages Reservation Cancellations
Barbaros Yachting will apply cancellation
policy to
private gulet charters, cabin charters and charter
packages as follows
depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and
the cancellation date.
a) For the cancellations before 90
days prior to embarkation date,
down payment
( 40% deposit ) is returnable.
b) For
the cancellations less than 90
weeks prior to embarkation, Barbaros Yachting not guarantees to
return the
depozit.
Barbaros Yachting will return the cancellation
fee, less an administration fee of 150.-EURO, if the cancelled yacht
or cabin is re-chartered for the same period, under the same
conditions.
Bareboat Charter Reservation Cancellation
Barbaros Yachting will apply cancellation
policy to Bareboat charter as follows depending on the
time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation
date
a) For bookings cancelled before 10
weeks prior to embarkation, the charterer will be liable for 30 %
of the total charter fee.
b) For bookings cancelled between 10
weeks and 8 weeks prior to embarkation, the charterer will be liable
for 40 % of the total charter fee.
c) For bookings cancelled less than 8
weeks prior to embarkation, the charterer will be liable for the
total charter fee.
Barbaros Yachting will return the cancellation
fee, less an administration fee of EUR. 150, if the cancelled yacht
is re-chartered for the same period, under the same conditions.
RESPONSIBILITY
Barbaros Yachting is responsible in making all
the arrangements for everything specified in the services and
itineraries. All of the carriers and other services provided in
which we bring together in our services work as independent
contractors and are not agents or employees of the company.
Nevertheless, all of the service provided bears Barbaros Yachting's
guarantee and responsibility for quality service, which we provide
all of our customers with. All travel documents issued by Barbaros
Yachting, in written paraphernalia or to the customer, are subject
to the terms and conditions specified by the laws of Turkey. In case
any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided
at the time of the tour for reasons beyond the control of the
company, than Barbaros Yachting is responsible in providing equally
comfortable and interesting alternatives.
INSURANCE
All boats are fully comprehensive and third
party insured. We do advise you to have your own personal travel,
health, accident,cancellation, luggage and trip-interruption
insurance
