Logistics & Technical

Orak Island is located about 10 miles east of Bodrum. It is an uninhabited island offering a vast bay on its southern coast, which is a perfect refuge from the northern Meltemi winds. The seabed consists of white sand, providing excellent holding. However, the extreme clarity of the water can be deceptive regarding depth, so keep a close watch on your depth sounder. While the eastern side is deeper, the western part of the bay is shallower. Overnight stays are very comfortable during calm weather conditions.
