Located on a pine-covered hill 4 km southwest of Kos Town, the Asklepion is the ancient world's most famous medical school and healing sanctuary. For yacht charter guests staying at Kos Marina, it is an essential cultural visit. Built on three large terraces, this massive complex is considered the birthplace of Hippocrates' medical principles. On blue cruise itineraries, enjoying the panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the Turkish coast from the top terrace is a unique experience.
